Blackpoint Cyber has announced the launch of the Blackpoint Community Protection Program (BCPP), providing free licenses and monitoring services to Managed Service Providers (MSPs). The program offers 24/7 access to the Blackpoint Security Operations Centre (SOC) and product bundle, Blackpoint Response, for six months for internal use. Partners can have charges waived indefinitely if they reach 500 endpoints under active management.

The launch of BCPP comes after Blackpoint Cyber identified vulnerabilities in the ConnectWise ScreenConnect solution and provided patch recommendations. The program aims to address the urgent need for robust cybersecurity measures, with CEO Jon Murchison emphasizing the financial damage of breaches.
