Cyber Defense Media Group (CDMG) has reopened its Young Women in Cybersecurity scholarship program, encouraging entries from female high school and college students. The scholarship is open to students entering college in 2024 or 2025, or those continuing their studies for a master’s degree in computer science, information technology, or cybersecurity. A panel of judges will review each entry and select a winner and backup winner. The scholarship aims to address the gender imbalance in the cybersecurity industry and help young women pursue careers in the field.
