The affected systems are believed to include NGT and DataLend. EquiLend has also notified clients that the restoration process may take several days. This cyber attack comes at a time when EquiLend has announced that it will be acquired by Welsh, Carson, Anderson & Stowe (WCAS), who will own a majority stake in the company.
