Vali Cyber announced that it is offering early access to its runtime security platform, ZeroLock, for ESXi hypervisors. With no other runtime security currently available for ESXi, Vali Cyber aims to fill a critical gap in the security sector.

Attacks on ESXi servers have been on the rise, with two attacks in 2020 growing to more than 1,000 in 2022. Vali Cyber’s ZeroLock platform offers multilayered protection from attacks like ransomware by combining attack prevention, AI-behavioral detection, automated file rollback, and more.

The platform leverages an API-first architecture for simplified integrations, has low overhead, and provides a >98% detection efficacy for ransomware with low false positive rates.

Vali Cyber was founded in 2020 and focuses on addressing the specific security needs of Linux and its derivatives. The company aims to create a Linux-first security solution with increased efficacy and reduced Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).
