Snyk, an Israeli-founded cybersecurity company, has acquired startup Helios to enhance its cloud-to-code risk visibility. The deal, estimated to be several tens of millions of dollars, will see Snyk combine Helios’ full-stack runtime data collection and insights with its developer security platform, providing customers with a comprehensive picture of all company applications. This is Snyk’s second acquisition in Israel, following its purchase of Enso Security in 2023.
