Spirit Technology Solutions has made a strategic move to expand its cybersecurity offerings by acquiring cybersecurity practice InfoTrust. InfoTrust specializes in assurance, governance, risk, compliance (GRC), and managed security services. The integration of Spirit and InfoTrust will result in a comprehensive suite of cybersecurity solutions, offering threat management and compliance solutions, as well as access to a security operations center (SOC) and offensive security and incident response services. The acquisition aligns with Spirit’s vision to become a leading cybersecurity partner in Australia. InfoTrust co-founders Simon McKay and Dane Meah will join the Spirit board.
